In terms of fudge, I don’t think you get much easier than this, it has four ingredients and is made in the microwave.  Gluten Free Cake Mix can be substituted for regular cake mix to make this a gluten free recipe.  This won’t seem like a lot at first, but it is really sweet, so you can cut into small bite size pieces.  I used orange white chocolate and Halloween themed sprinkles since the holiday is coming up, but you could substitute any color chocolate or sprinkles for any occasion.

These taste fantastic and are really rich.  I made these for a pot luck and they were a great hit.  Enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments!

Recipe type: Fudge
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup Cake Mix, Gluten Free Cake Mix can be substituted
  • ¼ cup Sprinkles + More to sprinkle on top
  • 1 12 oz bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8" x 8" baking dish
Instructions
  1. Line a 8" x 8" baking dish with foil. Spray with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Add the Cake Mix and Sweetened Condensed Milk to a large microwave safe bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips to the bowl and heat in the microwave in 45 second intervals, stirring in between until all of the chocolate is melted.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles and stir until the sprinkles are even throughout.
  5. Pour into the prepped baking dish and smooth it out until level.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting.
  7. Use a large knife to cut the fudge into your optimal size pieces. It is easiest to drop the entire knife into the full length of the fudge and cut it at once, rather than trying to drag a knife through to cut.

Step 6: Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting.

Step 7: Use a large knife to cut the fudge into your optimal size pieces. It is easiest to drop the entire knife into the full length of the fudge and cut it at once, rather than trying to drag a knife through to cut.  This fudge is really sweet, so the pieces do not need to be very large.
